After the exciting completion of the roof, dormers and upper windows, we thought we were heading inside. Unfortunately, our attention has been brought to the desperate situation of the exterior brick walls. The low cost estimates place this repair/restoration at $35,000. After the expenditures to complete the roof area, $3500 remains in the account. We will build upon the $3500 and would hope that you will join us in completing this aspect of the project.
